Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OjasLabs in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using OjasLabs on behalf of a family member, you confirm that you have their permission to manage their health data.

• ·You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• ·You must have a valid Google account to sign in — we use Google Sign-In for authentication
• ·OjasLabs is designed for use in India and operates under Indian law. Users outside India use the service at their own discretion.

OjasLabs is a personal health records platform. It allows you to:

• ·Upload health reports (PDF or images of lab reports)
• ·See health values extracted from your reports (blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.)
• ·Track trends in your health values over time
• ·Manage health records for multiple family members under one account

• ·Keep your Google account secure. OjasLabs is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by a compromised Google account.
• ·Upload only your own health reports or reports of family members whose permission you have obtained
• ·Do not upload files that contain harmful content, viruses, or files that are not health reports
• ·Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform in any way that was not intended

OjasLabs is currently free to use during its early access period.

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify you clearly in advance. You will never be charged without your explicit consent. Any pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.

How we collect, store, and protect your data is explained in full in our Privacy Policy. By using OjasLabs, you agree to our Privacy Policy as well.

Your health data belongs to you. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Account Settings.

• ·When you upload a report, it is processed by AI to extract health values such as blood sugar levels, haemoglobin, and other lab results
• ·AI extraction is not perfect — values may occasionally be missed or read incorrectly. Always verify important values against your original report.
• ·Your report files are processed only to extract your health values. They are not used to train AI models.

OjasLabs is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• ·We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information shown in OjasLabs
• ·We are not liable for errors in AI-extracted health values
• ·We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues

• ·You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings — all your data will be permanently deleted
• ·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, violate these terms, or engage in harmful behaviour
• ·If we ever shut down OjasLabs, we will give you at least 60 days notice and a way to export your data

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or by showing a notice when you next log in. Continuing to use OjasLabs after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of OjasLabs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
